First, before I get started, I want to let everyone who reads this know that I don't give a shit if you fly the American flag on Memorial Day. Or any other national holiday. In fact, I couldn't care less or give a rats ass about your flying the flag or not. Any time. Any day.

But what I DO care about is that you keep your big fucking mouth shut about MY flying the flag!

The cocksucker next door, who just moved in and now thinks he is the leader of the fucking block, has decided no one should fly the American flag until the war is over. My opinion on that is as follows: If you want to protest the war by not flying your own flag, fine. But DONT tell me not to fly my flag!

This self-rightous asswipe has a lot of other liberal ideas and he decorates his place accordingly. He put a kiddy pool on his lawn filled with veggie oil and floated a globe in it, accompanied by a big fucking sign saying "IS THE OIL WORTH IT?" Then, he puts up a large poster sign (we're talking nearly billboard size here) showing an American soldier laying face down dead in the dirt with his boots, helmet, all his gear, and most of his uniform stolen. The poster sign reads "BE ALL THAT YOU CAN BE? THIS IS IT!!!" When they passed that law in Arizona about the cops asking for ID on the roads, dickbrain puts up another protest tableau on his lawn. This time its five lifesize cut-out figures he painted to look like three police officers and whats supposed to be a Mexican guy laying on the ground with his Mexican wife beside him, while the cops beat the shit out of them. The sign says "WHATS NEXT? SIX POINTED STARS?". So you get the idea of what kind of asshole this fucker is.

Aside from what his little displays must be doing to the resale value of my home, his fucking attitude is what gets me going. He comes over here all the fucking time to leave "Literature" in my fucking mail box (which is a Federal offense). Most of this is bleeding heart liberal shit and I recycle it right away (not wanting to offend Mr. Green Planet, another nut who lives across the street and checks everyones recycling so he can rat us out if we dont sort correctly). I take this shit-for-brains with a grain of salt (and a shot of bourbon when I can get it). But two weeks ago just about had me going down to the cellar to get my shotgun.

Mr. Protester decides to tell me not to fly my American flag or fly it upside down, because of the situation in the war. Now I suppressed the desire to tell him "Get off my lawn!" (I have had the urge to say that a lot since the nice folks here on Just Rage started that shit with my account name here). Instead, I just said I had the flag up for Memorial Day to honor the people who died in service to our country. This wasnt good enough for the bastard, who then proceeds to tell me the real sacrificial lambs are all the foreigners who work at Wal-Mart for minimum wage and lose their whole life (boo fucking hoo). I said that if he wanted to think of my flag flying for the Wal-mart fuckers, it was ok by me. But this still wasnt enough. Next thing I know, the crazy bastard runs over to my flag pole and starts trying to pull down the flag! I ran right the fuck over and decked his sorry ass. He falls on his ass on my lawn (I knew I should have said 'Get off my lawn!"), then he starts saying shit like "A man of your age using violence just points out the violence of the system you grew up in." and more of the same shit.

Finally, I grabbed him by the fucking shirt collar and started to drag him back next door. He saved me the trouble by getting up and making the rest of the trip to his door on his own. The last thing he does is flip me the finger and give me the raspberries. Can you believe this prick? The fucking raspberries!

I know it will probably be fucking Christmas before this rage gets posted (if at all) but I just have this little bit of advice anyway. If you dont fly the flag fine. But dont interfere with my flag flying and above all GET OFF MY LAWN!

Why the harsh attitude towards animalsand TV show cooking hosts,you ask?

Allow me to explain.

My darling wife, Mrs. Soul, who has the inability to say "No" to anyone, agreed to babysit our neighbor's two cats for a few days while they are away.

I was opposed to the idea because I was concerned my dog, Perv, would fight with them; this turned out not to be the case, luckily, because Perv is old, and is about as useless as a screen door in a hurricane. Besides eating everything he can get his fangs on and then licking my feet incessently, he serves no purpose other than to lie around; I guess his weight keeps the carpet from floating out the window and into space.

Whatever, fuck Perv, this isn't about him.

One of the goddamn cats, MASON (not his real name, to protect his identity. Real name is Mr. Jingles...who the fuck names a cat Mr. Jingles?) has decided that he and I are going to be BFF's, end of story.

Case in point: After finishing a dinner of one of Mrs. Soul's R*chel *ay inspired Culinary abortions, I was trapped in the bathroom for several hours afterwards, as is usually the case, with my stomach making sounds I've never heard before as everything I'd ever put in my body over the past year was pouring forth from my hind quarters, and I was trying to keep the screaming down so as not to interrupt Mrs. Soul's addict like viewing of "DANCING WITH THE STARS".

As it turns out, Mason has taken up residence in the bathroom linen closet, and comes out to bond with me, apparently thinking that sitting on the toilet in as close to a fetal position as I can get and groaning is a sign that I want to play with him, and he thoughtfully starts digging his razor sharp claws into my bare legs, knee caps and thighs to let me know he is there for me, even though the trickles of blood from the puncture wounds already spoiled that little surprise.

After weakly trying to swat him away, he begins Meowing at me, at the top of his lungs, unaware that it is isn't isssues with my hearing that is making me want to die at the moment, and he doesn't need to deafen me on top of everything else. But he doesn't get it, and his caterwauling continues, as if pestering me with inane, childish questions:

"Why are you crying, Soul"?

"Who are you pleading with to please just kill you now, Soul"?

"What's that red stuff pooling on the floor at your feet from where I clawed you, Soul?"

"Where is that Black hooded figure holding a Scythe that just appeared planning to take you, Soul?"

"What's that smell, Soul?"

"Feeling poorly, are you Soul"?

And so on.

Later, as I am dragging myself on my elbows up the hallway, several inches an hour, I encounter Perv sprawled out in the hall, apparently the victim of his own weight, lazy bastard. I cannot get around him on either side, and I am to weak to go over his Mount Everest like physique.

(Did I mention Perv has a bit of a weight problem? No? Well he does. If it wasn't so funny watching him waddle when he walks, I would probably put him on a diet, but it is, so I wont. Anyway, allow me to reiterate: Fuck Perv, this isn't about
that fat bastard.)

Anyway, as I lay in the hallway, sick, crying, bleeding, dehydrated, feeling as if I'd been beaten in the stomach with a 2X4, wondering if this is what going into the light was like, and too weak to call for Mrs. Soul, who by that time was on the porch enjoying the balmy 102 degree Arizona Spring weather while on FACEBOOK, I felt a weight descend first on my butt, then lower back, and finally neck and shoulder area.

It was Mr. Fucking Jingles; apparently we'd had so much fun together in the bathroom that he felt my body was now his personal amusement park and he was going to ride with me up the hallway, iminent death be damned.

Too late to make a long story short, about that time Mrs. Soul comes in, sees me on the floor with the cat on my back and Perv now awake and looking at me, tail going a million miles an hour, and says "See, honey, I just knew you were a big softie and couldn't resist playing with the cat. What do you think about us getting one? Aren't they cute?"

Has anyone besides me, at any time in your life, ever wanted to kill their spouse and all other living creatures in the immediate vicinity?

Jan Brewer, the Governor of our beloved state of Arizona has just signed into law the harshest law dealing with immigrants in the US, SB1070.
While the bill isn't set to take effect until August or September, I figured that by submitting this rage now, in April, it will probably be August or September before it actually gets posted, given Decay's flexible schedule approach to updating the site. ( No offense, Decay; love ya, man, in a hetero only kind of way; don't get excited).

Moving on>
While I support this bill, I do so with reservations.

1. I work with and know people from Mexico and South America who are in this country legally, but who are still terrified at being targeted by this law, and with good reason. I have no doubt that Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Storm Troopers, er, Deputies are chomping at the bit to have the reins removed so they can go on a full blown rampage against anyone who doesn't "look" as if they belong here. His office has conducted "sweeps" in the past of various communities looking for illegals, and the charges of harrassment and racial profiling as a result are staggering.

2. The requirement for Immigrants to carry their Papers with them at all times in the event they are questioned reminds me eeriliy of Nazi Germany. While a fascinating chapter of history, I sure as fuck don't want to see it revived in my State.

3. I am pissed off beyond belief with the current administration, as well as the previous one. Bush turned a blind eye to the growing problem, and ignored all the warnings and pleas for help from the states that were seeing a massive influx of people crossing the border. One of the fundamental obligations of the Government is to secure and protect our borders. I can't even say they have failed at this, because in order to fail, you at least have to try, and they did nothing.

4. Obama has his hands full dealing with the ruin of our nation left him by the Bush administration. Tough shit; he wanted the fucking job, he got it, now do it or resign.

5. Director of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano was Governor of Arizona before being appointed to her current position., Not only was she ineffectual at getting anything done about immigration as Governor, she now opposes the bill. If anyone in Washington should know first hand the problems border states face with illegals, it should be her, but she'd rather get in bed with her new DC cohorts and to hell with the people of this state. Fucking cunt should be fired, and find somewhere else to slink back to; she is no longer welcome here, as far as I am concerned.

6. The same sniveling cowards in DC who are slamming this bill on one hand are admitting on the other that the Government has not done what they should in tackling this problem years ago. So, in the meantime, what are the states supposed to do? Phoenix is now the kidnapping capital of the US, and is the major gateway for human traffiking, drug and weapons smuggling, and has become home to a number of gangs whose origins lie in Mexico and South America. Every fucking day on the local news, it's the same shit: Drop Houses, gang related murders, home invasions, drug busts, raids on businesses suspected of employing illegals, and so on. Some parts of South Phoenix are now little more than a fucking war zone where you take your life in your hands even in daytime. Even local organized crime is starting to feel the pinch as these groups move in on what was once soley their piece of the action.

7. The Arizona-Mexico border is becoming increasingly violent and unstable as Mexican drug cartels push into the state, the Border Patrol is outmanned and out gunned by these bastards, and requests for National Guard troops to help patrol have been denied. Travelling to these border towns or into Mexico is now officially "discouraged" in Arizona due to the increasing violence. People in those areas are angry and scared, and it's just a matter of time before some start taking the law into their own hands if nothing is perceived as being done.

8. Once the gloves come off in August or September, I know that innocent people are going to be targeted and harrassed as well, and that sucks. I know this bill is harsh, but at the same time, the Phoenix area, where I live, has become the front lines of this mess, and I agree it needs to be stopped or brought under control, if that's even still possible at this point, after so many years of going unchecked.

9. I know it's easy for people in other parts of the country who aren't as directly affected by this to take the "Oh, but those poor immigrants, they just want a better life, we are all descendants of immigrants, etc" attitude, and to an extent they are right. But as these bastards continue to expand operations that now reach into your own communities, it tends to change one's perspective a bit. It's a bit unsettling trying to enjoy Christmas day with relatives when ICE, Police, FBI, and local media descend on the house three doors down and bust a major human traffiking drop house. Watching 30+ people taken out, filthy, malnourished, neglected and abused by the Coyotes (Human Smugglers) who've been holding them there for additional ransom from their families, along with a cache of weapons that would put any Armory to shame is a bit unnerving. Explaining what's going on to your little neices and nephews who were outside playing with their new toys when all this went down and are now watching even little kids their own age being hauled off makes you put things in a new perspective that something must be done, and done now. Coyotes tend to look for places in better, upscale neighborhoods with the belief it's the last place people would suspect such activity, and to a point they are right. For every drop house busted, there are others that go undetected.

10. To those who have done nothing wrong, followed the rules and are here legally but are still going to get caught up in this because of the way you look, I am so sorry. Our government has failed us on this, and now the state must take matters in hand before it's too late.

Allright, I've had it up to my fucking neck with all these tea party bullshitters. I especialy love the quote one reporter published in Newsweek. When he (the reporter) asked her (the tea partier) what she didn't like about Obama, she went on a rant. Her rant covered a lot of bullshit, but there were two main points:
1) We should stop all government programs (good luck without public roads, schools for our children, and THE FUCKING POLICE bitch)
2) Obama's gonna take away her Social Security (What a load of horseshit.)
Then when the reported explained to her that her Social Security WAS a government program, she said "Oh, well that's a conundrum, isn't it?" HAHAHA BITCH GOT PWNED!!!!!!
Also, I hate it when the Tea Partiers (or Teabaggers as they somtimes call themselves HAHAHAHAHA) Make bullshit laws. Like the Texas state board of education voted to install a new state curriculum. In this curriculum, it blatantly ignores the fact that in just a few short years, Texas will be majority Hispanic again. It paints Texas as a place where white people come and are better than the rest of the country and the "wetbacks" as they like to call them are ruining it. I especiall love the part about the Alamo. They talk about the freedom fighters bravely standing against the oppresive Europeans. That't true, except MOST OF THE FREEDOM FIGHTERS WERE MEXICAN. For fuck's sake, you are so fucking racist I don't even know where to begin. It's true that Davy Crockett did die at the Alamo, and that Davy Corckett was white, but still MOST OF THE FREEDOM FIGHTERS AT THE ALAMO WHERE MEXICAN. FUCK THE COURT SYSTEM

in august i was smoking weed with some friends in a parking lot in tempe arizona when a cop snuck up and arrested us. ok i can deal with that it was my own damn fault i got caught. so i go 2 see the judge and he tells me 2 take a drug screening. so i call the drug screening place and they dont answer. awesome. i call again, no answer. sweet. i call later. its past their office hours and they dont have a message machine. fuck. after two weeks of calling i finally get through. it costs me 75 dollars to piss in a cup. i pay it online and it takes a week to process, which means i didn't pay it in time. so i call the court and try to exlain but they say i need to talk to the judge that sentenced me, which i cant do until they issue me another court date. so i wait. and wait. and wait. nothing comes. then last month i find out that they sent me a court summons back in november for it, only they sent it to the wrong adress, so i didnt get it. so i didnt show up for my court date. so now i have a warrant out for my arrest. fucking awesome.......

I hate feeling sad. For the most part thats all I feel though. I hate that I let someone leave my life that had such a big part in it. I got to see him almost every day which I thought was unbareable. Then he switched his shift and I only got to see him for 1 hour on the weekends. A couple of days ago my sup told me that I was a horrible agent. I don't see what I was doing wrong. I was doing everything I could on the calls but kiss their fucking ass! But some how me being there was a problem for Sprint. I never had a fucking issue before I joined that fucking team. Then all of a sudden I was getting written up for no fucking reason. He told me to either quit or be fired. I couldn't risk being fired from my very first job. But when he told me that I was doing a shitty job. I started to cry. I couldn't hold it in. I hate crying infront of people. Its a sign of weakness and I do not consider myself weak. He told me I had 10 minutes to cheer up and go back on the phones. I couldn't calm down though. Everything he told me would stop, rewind, pause, play. Over and over I heard what he said. Then the other sup he brought in told me I need cousiling. That there was an issue in my home that was causing me to do a shitty job their. She doesn't even fucking no me. Know one fucking knows me. I wish that I could trust someone. But when I did it back fired. Now I feel sad, lonely, and numb. Do you know what it feels like being numb. You don't feel. You feel like everything is going past you and your stuck in one place. I started crying myself to sleep again. That is when I can sleep. sometimes it helps. But most of the time nothing helps. Not writting, crying, baking, or cleaning. I hacked a bush down because I was so upset. I just wanted the stairs to be uncovered. I need a new job but no one is hiring. If I cannot find one soon I will have no choice but to move back in with my parents. I really don't want that to happen because I just moved out. If I can't find a job soon maybe I'll move down to Arizona. Its warm down there. Maybe I'll be happy. Theres a chance I won't be able to because then who would look after my sisters? I wish that I was done with college. I just want my BA and to start with my career. I would also like to not feel like everything that could go wrong in my life is happening. I want something good to happen to me for once. I am tired of plastering on a smile for everyone to see.

By the way I found out after I fucking quit his stats dropped pretty damn low. Should have kept me.

I moved to Phoenix a year ago. What a HUGE mistake it was, so I'm moving back to the east coast. What a miserable place, and I'm not talking about the hot weather. I don't mind the summer heat and the bone-dry air. Actually, Arizona in general is a beautiful state, with awesome sunsets, great landscapes, and beautiful desert fauna.

But Phoenix itself is a craphole. It's a big huge city that has NO CULTURE, NO CLASS, NO SOPHISTICATION. None of those things whatsoever. Don't listen to city officials, the truth is there's absolutely no diversity here. Having a bunch of Mexican restaurants and some shops that sell Native American jewelry is NOT cultural diversity. Phoenix has no Italian restaurants. No international fairs. There's no Chinatown or anything like that. I'm stunned at how such a huge city could be so lacking in multiculturalism. Hell, you can't even get a flight from PHX to anywhere outside of North America. I guess the folks in Europe, Asia and South America have other U.S. cities that they'd rather visit, otherwise the airlines would open up some new routes.

We, my 2 girls and husband have been in our home since August 2005... We are interracial couple, I have a daughter from my first marriage, white and we have a pre-schooler together, bi-racial (white and black)... The reason I bring this up is because I reside in Arizona (which is a primarly WHITE state).. Yeah I'm white but my preschooler and husband aren't, they are black... So I wonder, maybe this is the problem? We didn't realize that we were moving into a neighborhood with 50% of the neighbors being MORMONS (yeah fucking hypocrites that think all blacks and woman are going to the 2nd level of heaven and all white males RULE).. Stupid asses..
