okay, well all i'm seeing with the mac ads are trivial bullshit. uac can be turned off. it takes two clicks to turn it off. having to upgrade to run a new os is something you have to do with all new os upgrades, yes, INCLUDING macs. in fact os 9 to os x was a bigger hardware jump than xp to vista. if you think vista runs slow and crashes all the time, quit being cheap running it on your sempron or pentium 4 bullshit and buy a current system, which would be a dual-core with 2+ gigs of ram. just because pcs have more viruses doesn't mean anti-virus software doesn't exist. macs have viruses too, and when considering viruses per user capita, mac and pc are actually about equal on that issue.

yeah, right. firstly, circuit city does not sell macs. the only big-box store i've seen selling macs is best buy. i've taken classes with macs. believe me, they crash just as much as windows pcs. i will say, however, that macs are generally easier to use. the ui is sleeker, and seems to have a better learning curve compared to any version of windows. but nothing worth an extra $1,000, unless you are a creative professional or something.

Pet lovers like me put a lot of faith in the products we buy for our animals. So I hope you'll pay close attention to a complaint with the quality of one of your products. Specifically, I'm referring to Omega Paw Dental Rings (Large).

I purchased the large size "Omega Paw Dental Rings" from Petsmart in Miami, FL for my 50 lb. dog, who is a moderate chewer, in the hopes that this would be a good product to maintain the health of her teeth and gums. I can say with confidence that this is the worst product I have ever given to my dog. I gave her one of the dental rings, and ten minutes later, I looked over and she was chewing on a circular piece of CARDBOARD! Now, your company makes these chews large enough so that one may assume they are suitable for large dogs who may be aggressive chewers. Is it not safe to assume an agressive chewer would probably chew clear through the dental ring? If so, why would you put cardboard in the middle of the chew? While this exemplifies the extremely poor quality of your product, it is not my main concern. My main concern is, about 3 hours after I had taken the chew away from her, my dog had horrible diarrhea all over my bedroom carpet. BRIGHT GREEN diarrhea that happened to be the exact same color as the dental ring. She has never had an adverse reaction to a chew, as I buy her different varieties of chews on a regular basis. She did not eat anything else unusual that day. Your product made my dog sick, and we now have a BRIGHT GREEN stain on our newly installed, creme colored bedroom carpet. We have cleaned the spot numerous times with many different cleaning products, and while it has lightened in color, we have had no success in getting rid of the stain. Our next step will have to be to pay for our carpet to be professionally treated. I am absolutely furious about this!

Because of this, I'll definitely shop with another pet product company in the future, and I won't have anything good to say about you to other pet owners.

Here's what I would like Omega Paw Inc to do: Redesign your product. Consider using quality ingredients, not cardboard. Find out what is in this product that has produced such a reaction in my dog and undoubtedly in others. If your company continues to receive complaints such as this one, I would strongly consider pulling the remainder of this product off of your shelves to avoid dissapointing more pet owners and making more pets ill in the future.
