I've been dealing with this company and it's incompetence for years now and I've never found any reason to believe that they care about the customer even one iota.

    It's stories like these that make me feel really fortunate that I don't subscribe to any kind of phone service. What with email and instant messaging these days, I don't really need it. Sure, maybe it'd be inconvenient at times, though not to me, and it sure does solve a lot of problems!
