Love and hate are both very extreme words. I personally don't like either of them, because they are both thrown around too easily.

I think what it comes down to is this. People should be treated objectively. People should be awarded on merit. If a black person is more qualified than a white person, then the black person gets the job.

Without prejudice, the solution is really that simple dude.
