I HATE when customers think they can talk down to you like you are dumb because you are providing them with a service. Especially when you are being genuine and not trying to give them an attitude.
I had this one customer (found out his name was M*****l Beaudin) that didn't know how to use the ATM machine. It's a fucking rule of thumb that whenever you go to the ATM they CHARGE you for the service. It says it on the fucking screen. Read you stupid mofo. You'd think with the $1000 dollars you are taking out you would at least have SOME sort of common sense, but I forgive you for being a stupid douche bag.
ANYWAY, he brings me a receipt that says in plain BLACK AND WHITE, "Fee: $75.00." I tell him the total amount he has taken out ($1075) and he gets upset saying, "You over-charged me!" I tell him calmly, the ATM charges a percent based on what you take out. He wouldn't believe me. So I had to POINT to the receipt where it says that in plain ENGLISH. I'm sure he felt like a nutless asshole, because he has to EAT the fee. Not my problem. So the bitch tries to get me fired from work by complaining about me and my "poor service." Fuck you asshole for not knowing how to read. You stupid bitch! You would think you'd be able to pay the extra $100 if you're taking out a grand. Someone should slap you for the dumb fuck you really are. You and your fudge-packing hillbilly friends should remember this rule: If you can't pay, don't PLAY!
