This is for my internet provider, my cell phone provider and other companies that make you talk to a computer for customer service. I absolutely hate talking to customer service that's a computer. You waste so much god damn time repeating yourself. They ask a question & you answer, then it says, "I didn't understand that" & you have to repeat yourself. I can waste an entire lunch break & get no where. Can you understand this, "fuck you, fuck you, fuck you" & when my contract is up, I'm fucking canceling you & going to another company & I will ask, "do I get to speak to a human or a fucking computer when I have a problem?" What ever happened to humans helping you over the phone that speak english clearly? That's another issue I have, foreigners that work customer service with accents you can't understand what they say. I just want to talk to someone with a clear voice that I don't have to have them repeat themselves & get off the phone in under 10 minutes or less.
