Greedy Bastard Landlord

I put this in Crappy Companies but I wish you had an category for landlords.

I've lived in this apartment complex five years, pay the rent on time or even early, never do anything against the lease, have loud and late parties or bother any one. I keep my apartment clean and it looks nice and neat all the time. So I guess this makes me a good tenant right?

No it dosn't. If it did my landlord might be more fair with me.

When I moved in here five years ago, the rent was $1200 a month. I had to pay two months rent plus another months rent as fees for background checks, and other bullshit charges that I couldn't figure out - total of $3600. But its a nice complex so I paid up.

Every year, they raise the rent about 6% with a couple of other sneaky increases for "taxes" and "maintenance" and assorted bullshit nickle and dime increases. This all adds up to about 9% a year. And each time they raise the rent, the bastards also ask for an equal percentage to add to my security deposit so it "remains current with my monthly rental payment".

So now I'm paying like $1,690.00 per fucking month. And in all this time, they have not painted nor done one fucking thing to improve this place or done any maintenance at all inside my apartment! And I pay all my own utilities except trash collection.

So my complaint is this. I saw this same complex advertizing in one of those rental books. The same fucking apartment I have and it was advertizing for $1200.00 a month!!! Wtf? These landlord mother fuckers are giving newcomers a huge fucking break and making me pay through the fucking nose! What the fuck is up with this shit? They should charge them more and give good long term tenants a fucking break!

When I asked them about this shit at the management office, they just said they were charging new renters below the rental market rate to remain competitive, and once they were here they'd be paying the same percentage increases as me. But The New People Are Still Getting A Better Deal, Because It Will Be Five More Fucking Years Before They Are Paying What I Am Paying Now!!!!! Fuck!!!!!

Sorry about this long rant but these greedy fuckers have made me have it. I'm going to check out some "competitive" rates at another complex.

Fucking douchebag, when I move in he tell me yeah $10 a week for the internet and $10 a week and I will buy all the toilet paper etc. But now he decides that he shouldn't have to and my other housemates are lazy as shit, one of them never emptys the bin or contributes much and very rarely cleans but that doesn't really bother me, however the guy who is up me who's parents house it is even though it's through the real estate but he has some kinda belief in his head he owns it (or is in charge), only has the guts to get up me maybe because I am a very passive person until I snap or am pushed, but meh fuck him and fuck his whole train of thought he will realise if he pushes me much further or I will get my own bin in my room and use all my own toilet paper and stuff that should sort him out.

I know people have to live their lives, and I don't give a shit if they or their kids make a normal amount of noise. Live and let live is what I say. But these motherfuckers make noise - a shitload of noise - every fucking night of the week.

The guy gets home from work around 4:00 PM. But he does not cut his fucking grass until fucking 9:00 PM!!! And then, at 10:00 PM, he takes a short break to warm up his weed wacker, which he runs for another 45 fucking minutes. WHILE I AM TRYING TO WATCH A FUCKING MOVIE!!! WHICH I PAID FOR ON PAY-PER-VIEW!!!

He also starts working on home improvement projects around 9:00 PM every other fucking night. Then he works until 2:00 AM, just running the sander or electric paint sprayer - SO HE WON'T MAKE TOO MUCH NOISE!!!

I hate to call the cops on the guy because he has kids. So I went over around midnight last night to ask if he could maybe start his projects a little bit earlier, like around 5:00 PM, so he could finish before the legal noise cut-off time of 10:00 PM for weeknights and 11:00 PM for Friday and Saturday nights. The cocksucker just says "Sorry, but I have to finish this work." And he went right back to work. Well, I'm sorry too motherfucker!

Now, if the bastard makes any more noise after the cut-off, I'm going to the development management and if they won't make him see reason or be more considerate, I'm calling the fucking cops!!!

Maybe the cops can teach him how to SHUT THE FUCK UP AND STOP MAKING ENOUGH NOISE TO WAKE THE DEAD!!!!!

We have a neighbor who sucks. They have a thirty some year old son living at home. All this fucker does is cut wood, lift weights and make fucking noise all goddamn day! its not much i need, just a carving knife, some nails- 1 foot nails-, and a hammer. if i had all these things on a day when i just couldnt stand my fucking neighbors i would do things to them that they wouldnt like. well, ill start off with a little background. my family moved to this gated residence/community but for some motherfucking reason we got the house next to the most fucked-up neighbors in the whole community. if it werent for corruption's money this bitch family would probably be on the street somewhere begging for their livlihood. but since they are rich, they think they can do whatever the fuck they want. I have this piece of shit neighbour, her son is a fucking retard because she was on heroin and crack while pregnant. She and her "friends" come round all the time and smoke drugs in front of it. One of the friends is her boyfriend/ex-boyfriend: a real trouble-causer and is always smashing things, shouting and disrupting an otherwise peaceful neighbourhood.

I really have contemplated boarding up their door one night (which is regularly smashed in by police - drug raids) and pouring petrol through it to burn the fucking lot of them!

Why should disgusting pieces of filth like this be able to get joint custody of a kid she brain dammaged? She doesn't work and just scrounges off society her whole life and helps to ruin other peoples lives.

What the hell should I do about this cunt shitbag? I don't want to go to jail but I really do feel she doesn't deserve to live. The strange thing is this IS a nice neighbourhood, or it would be without her and her influences of attracting other human detritus like her.

Ok so I belive I have already posted about the CRAZY CUNT RAG BITCH BAG to my left but let me tell you bout the nasty hill folk to the right. There are 2 small lots on which sits a very old falling down trailer a storage shed ( complete with satellite dish and window A/C ) a homemade bulding that was built using only 2x4 and plywood ( also lived in ) a old nasty bright blue house another trailer worse than the first one and just this week in the front yard with one wheel in the ditch another trailer shows up. All of the above mentioned are occupied. In addition the have a shed the has a roof,a front, a back,a chair, but no sides you can see rite thru it ~~?? top it off with piles of crap everywhere, at least 10 cars in the yard with there hoods up, trash that gets so bad it blows accross the road into the ditches, puppies and kittens dogs and cats too many to count who of course rome and cause trouble, lots and lots of people living over there all of which combined I.Q. is less than yesterdays terd,ragged kids yelling and screaming, some guy has been working on blowing a motor up for yeas because all you here constently is VROOM VROOM VROOM over and over. Yada yada yada the list goes on and on. so I wish I had one wish~ any guesses
