How in the hell can someone think its ok to talk to someone who has headphones on and working on a laptop. Yeah I get it. You're old and lonely and work nights, but if I'm working and have headphones on it dosen't mean you talk louder for me to hear you, or come over my table and tap on it to ask me some mundane small talk bull shit that I'm obviously trying pretty hard to keep from happening.
So in my building we have a security guard that patrols the building. And by patrol I mean he stands in the enterance way so he can get in everyones way and talk at them for a few minutes while people try to make their way to the elevator to excape him. And unfortently this area is also next to the workout room and general room that has wifi. Want to work out? Well I hope you want to have some old fucking guy talking at you the entire time. Want to work on your laptop or maybe read? Yeah you can do that if you want to be interupted every 10 minutes with useless bullshit conversation.
Seriously, who the fuck dosen't understand that if someone is wearing headphones chances are they don't want to be disturbed? Did it ever occure to them that you might be wearing them not because you want to hear music but because you don't want to hear whatever useless shit you might have to say to them?
