going to ignore the heartfelt advice of the rest of what i had to say.
Because of one word, you are going to ignore and forget about the fact
that your b/f perfectly fits the description of a psychopath. You picked the least meaningful piece of playful fluff from a

compare, I will do it for you since I am a decent human being and you
are in need of help.
1. Psychopaths do not experience guilt or remorse for their actions:
he repeatedly beats you and buys you flowers to apologize only when he
needs something from you again.
2. Psychopaths are often very manipulative: he tells you stories about
girls flirting with him so that you will get jealous and cling to him
when you know you should leave. Also, again, the flowers.
